Order Processing Policy:

We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible, which is why we aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, please note that this timeframe may be subject to change during peak periods or if there are unexpected delays.
If for any reason we are unable to process your order within this timeframe, we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated new processing and shipping timeframe.

 

National and European Shipping:

We offer fast and reliable shipping for all national and European orders. Our standard shipping time is 3-4 working days. All orders are tracked and insured for safe delivery.
We take pride in our commitment to sustainability, which is why we use biodegradable packaging materials to minimize our environmental impact. Additionally, we use acid-free paper to protect your items during shipping, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.

National: AN Post Europe €10, 2 working days + tracking

European: AN Post Europe €15, 3–4 working days + tracking

International Shipping:

For international shipping, please note that the customer is responsible for any custom fees or import taxes that may be applied upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping costs at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
